PC Doctor miraculously cloned the failing/corrupt dive on my laptop, transferring all the good data on the broken drive, including the operating system, all of my applications, and my entire setup, over to a brand new drive which is now installed in my laptop. Amazing! The alternative would have been for me to try and copy some of the data from the old drive then reinstall windows and all my programs which would have taken 2 days or more to get everything the way I need it. So, Afshin saved my data, saved me days of time, and he charged a very, very fair price to get me back up and running within 24 hours of bringing my broken laptop to him.

When I think I need to buy some program, he finds me a free version. He answers my questions over the phone and sends me, by email, solutions to problems. I have dealt with Afshin for a number of years. He is an excellent example of why people should first check out their local small business firm rather than the "big box" retailers. He knows his products, takes the time to explain issues and when repairs are needed he does them right, the first time. The guy is a genius and honest I took my computer in for repair to some other shop and they wanted 500 dollars to fix it telling me my motherboard had died . I wanted a second opinion so i took it to pc doctor and low and be hold he said it had nothing to do with my motherboard and it was just a power supply. Thank you. I am glad that there are still honest people in this world
